Plywood wall with 30 sanded and varnished cherry panels mounted and ready for drawing

Projecting and tracing my drawing onto the panels to be carved

Carving with various sizes and types of chisels, the hardwood requires that the chisels to be continuosly honed to razor sharp edge inorder to carve smooth clean lines with the grain as well as cross grain

After weekss of carving the panels are ready for printing

Though I dream of a large airy studio, this 6 x 9 foot closet I converted into a print studio has its charms.
